Wars » Campaign Collectibles Achievement not popping

Hi,

My war journal says 50/50 collectibles found, but the achievement will not register.

I have looked on my stats on gearsofwar.com/stats and it shows which collectibles have not been registered, however I have found them previously and am no longer to go back and get them a second time.
How do i fix this issue?
Please help.
