Cuts » Problem with Tracks Theme properly displaying

Hi I’ve had this problem for a week before actually noticing it.
I’ve installed the Tracks theme, and used it without any problems, but recently, when someone comes to my blog – they see a THEMELESS version, with the default wordpress GUI. But if they click on the “About” section, or any other section of the blog – it starts displaying the Tracks theme again.
