HOUSTON -- Brock Osweiler has helped the Houston Texans to a 3-1 start. But the quarterback, who is in his first year in Houston, knows he has to clean up his mistakes if the Texans hope to keep winning.A tiebreaking 67-yard punt return by rookie Will Fuller helped Houston overcome two interceptions by Osweiler and get a 27-20 victory over the Tennessee Titans (1-3) on Sunday.Osweiler has thrown six interceptions and just five touchdowns this season. It just boils down to decision-making, and thats something I know I need to be better at, he said. I put the team in some very poor positions, and I know that ... I will make better decisions. I promise you guys that Im going to clean these interceptions up because that football team is working too hard, and they deserve better. Both of his interceptions on Sunday came on passes intended for DeAndre Hopkins on a day when the Titans limited the Pro Bowl receiver to just one reception for 4 yards.Coach Bill OBrien didnt fault Osweiler for trying to get the ball to Hopkins, and said hell look to design better plays to help Osweiler avoid turnovers.I think the guys playing well, OBrien said. I really enjoy coaching this guy. Hes very bright. He works very hard ... I thought overall, with the exception of the turnovers, I thought the guy played a good football game.Osweiler threw touchdown passes on Houstons first two drives on Sunday to give the Texans an early 14-0 lead before the offense stalled. Hes looking for ways to sustain the success the team showed early as they prepare to visit Minnesota next week. Some things we learned from Houstons win over the Titans on Sunday.MARIOTAS MISTAKES: Like Osweiler, Tennessee quarterback Marcus Mariota has more interceptions (five) than touchdowns (four) this season after throwing one interception on Sunday. The interception came when it looked as if he threw the ball directly to Houstons Quintin Demps in the second quarter. It was just a miscommunication on my part, Mariota said. Delanie (Walker) did a great job of just sitting in the hole. Just a bad throw. I should have just put it on him a little more.MCKINNEYS CONTRIBUTION: Houston linebacker Benardrick McKinney had nine tackles to lead the Texans for the second straight week after piling up a career-high 16 stops last week. McKinney, who had 63 tackles as a rookie last season, already has 38 tackles and two sacks this season.WALKER AND WRIGHT RETURN: Walker returned on Sunday after sitting out last week with a right hamstring injury. Walker, who had a career-high 94 catches for 1,088 yards last season, had two receptions for 34 yards on Sunday. The Titans also had receiver Kendall Wright back on Sunday after he missed the first three games with a hamstring injury. Wright finished with two receptions for 14 yards.Mariota was glad to have Wright back.Hes a playmaker for us, Mariota said. The more I give him the ball, the better he gets.FULLERS BIG START: Through four games Fuller , who was the 21st overall pick in the draft, has 19 receptions for 323 yards and two touchdowns to lead all rookies. His punt return was Houstons first for a touchdown since 2013 and he became the first player in franchise history to have a TD reception and a punt return for a score in the same game. Fullers 5-yard touchdown reception made it 14-0 in the first.I know theres a lot of room from improvement from me, he said. So Im just going to continue to try to get better and just keep working.WORKING WITHOUT WATT: Sunday was the first time Houston had played without J.J. Watt since the 2010 season after the star defensive end, who is out for the season after back surgery, had started 83 straight games since being drafted in 2011. Several players, including 2014 top overall pick Jadeveon Clowney and Whitney Mercilus , had solid games on Sunday to lead Houstons defense in his absence. Owner Bob McNair is certainly disappointed to be without last seasons Defensive Player of the Year, but hopes that having so much time to recover will help him in the long run.The good news is maybe he extended his career an extra year or two, McNair said. We will keep up with him and help him in every way we can. We miss him, but others will step up. I think it will give them an opportunity to play. Im looking forward to it.---AP NFL websites: http://pro32.ap.org and http://twitter.com/AP-NFLMarcus Rashford Away Jersey . I cant pinpoint a date, but I do remember a player from my youth. Antonio Valencia Jersey Long Sleeve . -- Most satisfying to Russ Smith about No. TORONTO -- Oh, theres a history between these two.The rivalry between Team Canada and Team Russia will be rekindled -- and move front and center -- as the two once-perennial powerhouses meet in the semifinal round of the World Cup of Hockey at 7 p.m. ET on Saturday at Air Canada Centre. But this isnt about the past. Its about right now.Its a big rivalry, said Team Canada captain and two-time Olympic gold-medal winner Sidney Crosby. Its been there for a long time. Everyone, players included, gets excited for a possible matchup between Canada and Russia. Its going to be a big challenge. [Russias] a highly skilled and talented team. We know that. This is Russias first trip to the semifinals in a best-on-best tournament since the 2006 Olympic Games in Torino. The Russians lost that year in the semifinals to Finland. The Finns also beat the Russians in the quarterfinals on their home soil in the 2014 Olympics in Sochi. Ovechkin says he isnt thinking about those losses. For him, its all about the present. Its a long time ago and you cant think about what happened before, you have to think whats going to happen in the future, Ovechkin said. Obviously, its going to be a huge, big test for us. We have to play.Crosby and the Pittsburgh Penguins twice eliminated Ovechkin and the Washington Capitals in the Stanley Cup playoffs, including last spring en route to a Penguins championship. This matchup will also be the first time the rival nations have met in a best-on-best competition since Canada demolished Russia in the quarterfinals of the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver. Crosby and Canada teammate Patrice Bergeron also defeated Ovechkin and Russia in the gold-medal game at the 2005 World Junior Championship. Its Canada versus Russia, not two players, Ovechkin said. Of course [the media] wants to do something special about it, but for us, its more important [to get] a team victory and move forward. After his teams 3-0 win over Finland on Thursday, Ovechkin didnt make any bold predictionss about revenge, but it sure would be something if Russia can beat Canada on its home ice.ddddddddddddIts going to be a fun game, Ovechkin said. Its nice to be a part of it, obviously, a rivalry game between two teams with a great history. Its going to be tough. Its going to be hard. They have a very good team, solid players, and we just have to match it.Can Russia defeat Canada?Yes. Because Sergei Bobrovsky can steal the game. The Russians dont match up well with Canada, but in a one-game situation, the goalie is good enough to do it. Theres no way the Russians will beat Canada twice, but once is a possibility. Russia does have enough skill to hurt Canada if it gets sloppy. But if the Russians can take care of the little things -- block shots, create traffic and win puck battles -- then they have a chance. Its not as if these two teams are unfamiliar with each other. Nothings new. Every player understands the oppositions tendencies and skill set.So, will the Russians win? No.Canadas too deep. Canadas too good. Canadas too explosive. Oh, and Canada has the best goaltender in the world in Carey Price. Russias defense is equipped to handle any offensive onslaught that Canada can create, and Crosby will lead that charge.Russias victory over Finland meant that tournament darling Team North America was eliminated from the tournament. So now the focus will turn to Crosby vs. Ovechkin. The atmosphere at the Air Canada Centre should be electric. Some of the sizzle in the rivalry has fizzled in recent years because of Canadas dominance. On Saturday, it should return to an all-out slug fest.Everybodys going to be crazy, Ovechkin said. The atmosphere will be unbelievable. Its going to be a great match to play, be involved or be in the stands, or on TV to watch this kind of rivalry. ... Its a big opportunity for us to beat Canada and be in the finals. ' ' '
