Our firm is headquartered in NYC with offices in London, San Francisco and Bangkok. Since our inception in 2001, we have approached our projects from a truly holistic perspective with a top down application of concept and a seamless integration of operations and design. As such, we have a diverse team of amazing talents to help us achieve our goals, from strategists and branding specialists to graphic designers, furniture and lighting designers, interior designers Cheap Men's All Black Air Max 720 Trainers , restaurant operators, chefs, and mixologists. Where do you draw your inspiration from? Is there a particular person or place you turn to for inspiration?

Fortunately, our inspirations tend to come from the slightly offbeat and unassuming places. In your opinion what makes your design firm stand out from other hospitality design firms?

People tend to say that they feel really good when they are in our spaces, which is possibly the best compliment. What is your favorite (hospitality) design project completed by your or any firm?


This is very hard to answer, but we love one of our owned-and-operated projects, Genuine Liquorette. This is a great example of a project that was done purely with fun and excitement and the idea of 鈥渨hat-if鈥?in our minds. The programmatic details are what makes the space a little magical. Our favorite is our custom contraption we call the 鈥淐ha-Chunker.鈥?We love how analog it feels, and it brings us all back to our grade school shop days. It鈥檚 a customized arbor press that helps to create our signature Cha-Chunker cocktails where the openings in small beverage cans are widened by the press to allow small liquor bottles to fit upended into them. It鈥檚 all very basic but visually delightful鈥nd tasty! -Adam Farmerie.


Are you currently working on anything exciting that you would like to share with us?


Besides GENUINE Liquorette expanding to new cities, we are also incredibly excited about two of our other NYC-born brands making their way out in the world. Our American bar and grill, Saxon + Parole, will be making its way to New Zealand next year as part of an exciting new food hall we are concepting in Auckland. And our festive tequila and mezcal bar, Ghost Donkey Cheap Men's Air Max 720 Green Carbon Shoes , will also be debuting in Las Vegas as part of the Block 16 food hall we are developing with Cosmopolitan Hotel. -Kristina O鈥橬eal.


What is your favorite design element that is essential in any project, e.g. colors, textures, furniture etc.


It鈥檚 all essential, but we are quite focused on lighting when it comes to hospitality spaces. The lighting can affect a guest鈥檚 entire experience鈥娾€斺€奻or better or worse. When the lighting is just right, it sets the mood for a perfect evening. When the lighting is not adjusted properly, it鈥檚 hard to shake the feeling thaSatisfy Your All.
