BRISTOL, Tenn. -- NASCAR fans dont need a reason to pay extra attention when Kyle Busch and Brad Keselowski race for position at any track. The two rivals are far from friends. So it was of little surprise that they didnt have the same view of their incident with four laps left in the Xfinity Series Food City 300 Friday night at Bristol Motor Speedway.Busch attempted to pass Keselowski for the lead by using the inside lane, and when Busch tried to come up in front of him in the upper lane, Keselowski clipped him in the right rear. Buschs car slapped the fence and then got plowed into from behind by Ty Dillon. As he left his hauler, Busch was asked if he thought that incident was clean, and he replied: Hes a dirty racer.Keselowski said while he didnt want to see it end that way, there just wasnt enough room and he had position in the lane. He said Busch had no choice to slide up because the inside lane wasnt as good in Turns 3 and 4 as it was in Turns 1 and 2, where Busch initially had made the move to pass.We race each other hard, Keselowski said. Thats what racing is all about. He would have done the same thing if he was in my shoes, Im 100 percent certain. I guess were both dirty racers, then, by that definition. The two drivers have traded barbs before, including at Bristol in 2010 when they had contact on the track. There would be little surprise if they battled for spots again in the Sprint Cup race Saturday night.Everybody loves hard racing until they are a part of it and it is their driver that doesnt come out on the good end, Keselowski said.Keselowski ended up losing the lead when he ran out of gas with four laps left in the race, which was extended by eight laps for cleanup after the Busch wreck. Austin Dillon won the race. Keselowski ended up 12th, and Busch was 24th. Fake Vans For Sale . The catch: It needs a lot of money, and it needs it fast. The BCCI has convened a special general meeting on August 5 in Mumbai to discuss the implementation of the Lodha Committees recommendations approved by the Supreme Court. Officials from the BCCI and multiple state associations told ESPNcricinfo they had received formal communication from the board on Tuesday evening, but were reluctant to speculate on the next course of action. It is understood that the boards legal committee, which will likely meet before the SGM, will offer some clarity to the BCCI and its member units. The legal committee has to meet first. The legal heads are making different points that we have to discuss, a senior BCCI official said. All of a sudden they cant say anything without going through the whole thing. We cannot take a unilateral decision. While the BCCIs top brass is scheduled to meet the Lodha committee in Delhi on August 9, it is learnt that the board, disillusioned by the recent developments, is not in any hurry to go through with the meeting. The date is not fixed yet, the board official said. Before that we are going to make sure that whatever we want to discuss we should discuss it among ourselves first and only then take it forward. We cannot just directly go [to a mmeeting].dddddddddddd.The Mumbai Cricket Association recently announced its decision to accept the recommendations totally, with its president Sharad Pawar agreeing to voluntarily step down within six months in accordance with the verdict. The BCCI official expressed concern over entirely new teams possibly taking over state associations, and conceded that the mood in the BCCI was downbeat.Everybody is going through the same problem. In some associations, all the people will have to be replaced, he said. They cannot function - either they are 70 and above or they [are disqualified because of the] cooling period [rule]. The entire team will comprise new people. I dont know how we are going to function. The Supreme Court, on July 18, had accepted the majority of the Lodha Committees recommendations covering wide-ranging aspects of Indian cricket at the central and state level. It has given the BCCI between four and six months to implement the recommendations and appointed RM Lodha, the former chief justice of India who was the architect of the report, to oversee the transition.
