We have recently implemented a NEW Support Ticketing system to assist and support our users with all machine or print related issues. How to open a Support Ticket: 1. log-in to your Asiga account at https://www.asiga.com/accounts/login/?next=/accounts/ 2. Click My Products > Support Tickets ** If you do not see this option then you must first register your machine. Click on My Products > Product Registration 3. Click New Support Ticket and complete the required fields. This will then be logged and sent to our Technical Support Dept where multiple support personnel will review your ticket and respond promptly. All correspondence will be logged via the web based form and will be viewed similar to an instant messaging interface for user simplicity.
